All room rates include breakfast, lunch and dinner for every guest. All prices in US dollars, including 17% TGST.

Per room and night, full board included, plus the Green Tax of $6 per person and night. We are closed in June and July.

“Seaside” refers to the seaward side of the house. The room has no sea view, but you see the sunrise and the sunset from its balcony.

Diving
Dive packages
Dive packages include the boat, weight belt and weights, SMB, a 12 l tank of air, fins, mask and snorkel, plus tea, water, Nescafé and a towel. Prices per person.

With a guide or as a buddy team: We dive in small groups with a guide, at no extra cost. A dive lasts up to 60 minutes, or until someone reaches 50 bar. If you are certified to dive with a buddy, you can also go without a guide, just with your buddy – likewise for 60 minutes at most.
Cancellation: free up to 12 hours before the dive, then 50% of the price; a no-show pays the full price. What applies if you are ill, stop a dive early or the weather turns is in our terms & conditions.
Courses and certifications
Rental equipment is not included in the course prices; the 12 l tanks of air are. Our experienced guides lead the dives. Prices per person.
Course language: On site we teach in English. On request, the theory is also available as PADI eLearning in other languages – German, for example.

Activities
Stand-up paddles and kayaks are free for our house guests; day visitors pay the prices below. All prices are for two hours, equipment included.

All prices include the Maldivian Tourism Goods and Services Tax (TGST) of 17%. Only the Green Tax of $6 per person and night is added. Unlike many places in the Maldives, we don’t add a service charge. A reservation is only confirmed once you have our written confirmation.
